In memory of Professor Dr. Le Minh Tri (? - 1969) 

He is a medical doctor and reformist politician of the Republic of Vietnam. He assumed the position of Minister of National Education (September 1968).  He studied medicine in the United States specializing in otolaryngology and is a professor at Saigon Medical University.  
 
On January 6, 1969, he was assassinated by an inner-city Viet Cong commando by throwing explosives at his car when it stopped at a red light at the intersection of Nguyen Du and Hai Ba Trung streets, Saigon. Along with his death were the driver, two guards and a pedestrian.

Il est médecin et politicien réformateur de la République du Vietnam. Il a assumé le poste de ministre de l'Éducation nationale (septembre 1968).  Il a étudié la médecine aux États-Unis avec une spécialisation en oto-rhino-laryngologie et est professeur à l'Université médicale de Saigon.  
 
Le 6 janvier 1969, il a été assassiné par un commando Viet Cong du centre-ville en lançant des explosifs sur sa voiture lorsqu'elle s'est arrêtée à un feu rouge à l'intersection des rues Nguyen Du et Hai Ba Trung, à Saigon. En plus de sa mort, il y avait le conducteur, deux gardes et un piéton.  
 
 
 
 
 
Tưởng niệm Giáo sư Bác sĩ Lê Minh Trí (? - 1969)  
 
Ông là một bác sĩ y khoa, đồng thời là chính khách có tinh thần cải cách của Việt Nam Cộng Hòa. Ông đảm nhận trách vụ Tổng trưởng Bộ Quốc gia Giáo dục (Tháng 9 năm 1968). Ông học y khoa ở Hoa Kỳ chuyên về khoa tai mũi họng và là giáo sư Trường Đại học Y khoa Sài Gòn.  
 
Ngày 6 Tháng Giêng, 1969, ông bị đặc công nội thành của Việt Cộng ám sát bằng cách ném chất nổ vào xe hơi chở ông khi xe ngừng ở đèn đỏ tại ngã tư đường Nguyễn Du và Hai Bà Trưng, Sài Gòn. Cùng tử thương với ông là người tài xế, hai người lính gác và một người khách bộ hành.
